My experience with Simco was fantastic and I was thrilled with the finished product. Simco designed and built a complete living space in our attic. The area included a living room with 2 bedrooms. Drazan's suggestions and advice from planning to completion were ‘spot on’. He was meticulous. The area combined practicality and comfort with my budget constraints while repairing existing building faults. Drazan was always willing to explain and demonstrate his choice of construction ideas in layman’s terms. Throughout the construction period, Drazan and his workers were pleasant and minimised disruptions to my household. They were also willing to assist with additional small maintenance jobs and ‘finishing touches’. Their tradespeople were also prompt and courteous, and very particular in their work. The finished result upstairs exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Simco to anyone.

Dear Drazan, Thank you very much for constructing our rear veranda.right from the very first phone call you were extremely professional and a class above the rest. At our quote you were respectful enough to remove your shoes before coming inside, where as others didn't bother. You explained everything in great detail, even using drawings to help us visualise what you were wanting to do. Your quote was very competitive and again detailed. You always replied to our voice mail/text messages, even if you just to say you will call us the next day. You kept every promise you made in a very timely manner. You sorted out the permit which was challenging but you took it in your stride. Access was a little tricky with you having to remove and replace a section of fencing each day and you always cleaned up after yourself. The veranda itself is truly a reflection of how you present yourself, strong attention to detail and going above and beyond what was required and even what was quoted for. We are extremely happy with the finished product and admire it every time we step outside and have had many comments on how well built it is and how good it looks. We certainly have no hesitation in recommending you to all our friends, family and colleagues and will certainly use your services again on any construction needs in the future.
